I ordered online to deliver some birthday flowers to my mom. My biggest worry was that they would leave the flowers outside if my parents weren't home. Thankfully, my mom talked to the delivery person on the Ring camera and the delivery person came back when my parents were home! Above and beyond! Totally recommend this place for delivery if you're ordering out of state to be delivered locally in Vegas!

DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. If you ask for purple you expect purple correct? If you’re told “oh yes not a problem I understand what you want” even send them a photo and get a thumbs up 👍🏼 you THINK you’re gonna get what you both agreed on right?? No. NO NOT HERE. You will get PATHETIC customer service and back and forth with whining, crying women who can’t take responsibility for ruining your special event with their floral abortions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Bought flowers and chocolate to be delivered to my wife’s work. They didn’t get delivered until after 5pm on a Friday. My wife had to tell them to deliver back to our house. What good is it to have flowers sent to my wife’s work if they get there that late? Also, she was planning on leaving early and I had to tell her to wait and ruin the surprise.

My husband had flowers sent for our anniversary. They arrived late and were left at my work door. My neighbor held them for me til the next day. By mid afternoon they were dying. Less than 24hrs. I called and complained and they sent replacement flowers out the next day. The arrangement was noticeably smaller in size. It is now TWO days later and this is the state of the flowers. All in this was about $150. Very disappointing and such a let down for our anniversary. ***Edited the same day: a woman reached out by phone and left a voicemail in which she called me MISS twice. I am clearly a man and in my Google profile photo I have a scruffy beard. She apologized. Should not have happened. She offered multiple times to “make it right.” I explained to her that the first phone call about dead flowers and their offer of a second arrangement were their chance to “make it right.” They sent a smaller arrangement and flowers that died within 48hrs. I was not willing to accept another delivery and risk more dead flowers. I asked for and was told she would refund my husband for this purchase. ***Edit again to respond to owners response 4/20/26: You were given a chance to make things right

By far the most hideous flowers I have ever sent, I paid $165 for sheer garbage. Will never order from again.
